Terms of Service

1. The painting will be shipped in wooden ply box with the authentication certificate, duly signed by the artist.
2. The order will be shipped within 1 to 3 days.
3. Please don't request to make a payment by check.
4. Described weight of the painting is after packing, not the actual weight of the original painting.
5. The painting will be shipped by Fedex.
6. You will be notified time to time by mail or SMS regarding the shipping progress.
7. Your payment will be refundable in 100% if received in damaged condition. in that case, please don't accept the packet and notify me as soon as possible, by the mail.
8. It will not possible to refund your amount on this ground that you didn't like the painting. So, make sure that you are purchasing a good painting or contact me for more information.
9. By purchasing my original painting, you are not authorized to make reproduction or copy the original painting anyway. Only you can share or resell the original painting. All rights are reserved by me.
